What's the format in the bottom 6. Is it simply bottom 3 down or are there playoffs?

For this season it is the bottom 3 who will be automatically relegated with the top team for the next tier being promoted to get a 10 team league in place for next season. Not sure of how relegation/promotion is going to work next season.

What sort of prize money is there in the women’s game in Scotland.

only info I can find.  Not sure how much each respective place gets in league or if that money is distributed evenly with separate prize money for cup?

Very bad news for the players involved, especially Cara and Lucy.

It does seem there are a lot of these sort of injuries in the women's game. I don't know if it is to do with the pitches (all artifical in the top flight) or other factors.

I read recently that Brighton(I think) were planning on building a stadium exclusively for their women’s teams but were doing more research into the causes of the high number of ACL injuries before deciding on the type of playing surface.

The PTFC Women's team must really be annoying @Auld Jag. In 7th place in the league table, but already got 5 points more than Motherwell in 6th place. At least a win today would prevent Aberdeen in 8th place from leaping above Motherwell in the points tally as well.

Have i ever told you how i feel about playing out from the back, we can discuss it on Tuesday night. :thumbsup2:

Unfortunately (for us) Montrose beat Spartans. I have posted a link to the table, if we beat Montrose at Petershill on Sunday we will be safe (a draw might be enough depending on their result midweek against Aberdeen). 7 points from the last 3 games should get 7th as I can see Aberdeen winning their last 3 but our advantage in GD gives us the edge.

Indeed. Falkirk did rather supply grist to your mill in the way they conceded the first goal to us last Friday!

Can't remember which Raith Rovers goal it was, either their 3rd or 4th i think was caused by Queens park trying to play out from the back.
