Firhillista
There'll be a pitch inspection at Firhill at 11.45, apparently. I live a couple of miles from the ground and unless there's some let up in the rain, I don't see this game going ahead.

Lindau
If their is any doubt, given the forecast for the rest of the day, it should have been called off this morning. Dundee Und game off and several lower league games
javeajag
Latest tweet from club suggests they are trying to get the game on so it must be marginal
BowenBoys
It's a bit late for st Johnstone fans isn't it ? Why? 1 hour 20 mins by car 1 hour 35 mins by train (replacement bus service) Ah, I see, St Johnstone Supporters Cycle Club are in trouble. 5 hours 38 Mins
JeanieD
Judging by the weather and the forecast can't see it being on and even if it does start there would possibly be a concern about it finishing - we have form as regards abandoned St. Johnstone games recently do we not? partick monkey
AAAARGH! The consequences of this are absolute for me! This was my get-out card for ANOTHER whole day of family torture that I have no excuse for not attending now...! Lenziejag
Why? 1 hour 20 mins by car 1 hour 35 mins by train (replacement bus service) Ah, I see, St Johnstone Supporters Cycle Club are in trouble. 5 hours 38 Mins Because not everybody likes to leave it to the last minute. For me going in the opposite direction for example, if I was going by train. Train into Glasgow is every 1/2 hour. Waiting until 12 to find out. Probably wouldn't get into Glasgow until 1pm. So, earliest I would get to Perth is 2.30 - then got to get from town to ground. I couldn't be bothered with that.

Third Lanark
Unfortunately we could lose about £20,000 with this game being cancelled and rescheduled for presumably a mid week fixture. With both them and us having more fans for a Boxing Day game than a midweek one. Not much can be done though with this type of weather just hope it's not too negative an impact on money for the January transfer window
twinny
Can't it just be played tomorrow? Genuinely, why not? I appreciate that it's close to the next game, but its got to be better than arranging it for a Tuesday or Wednesday night.
