Let's say the action is successful, and Hearts, Thistle and Stranraer were all reinstated at the expense of the "promoted" clubs. Would we expect reconstruction to be proposed, this time to enable promotion, would we vote in favour, and would it pass? Thinking again, once the Premier League fixtures are published on Monday, that will be it for any reconstruction this season.

Whatever benefits Thistle and also if possible get some revenge on those teams that voted against league reconstruction. Should be easy to achieve given something like 26 + clubs were against reconstruction. We have to be careful though we don't get into a position of 'cutting off our nose to spite our face'! I would be happy that we fight this injustice as hard as we can and win or lose beat these teams on the football field, not give them money by going to away games and in future ensure we vote with No. 1 in mind (subject to comments in first paragraph)! A good example would be Ross County being relegated and calling for reconstruction. Jags in a position where reconstruction makes no difference - we vote no and tell McGregor he should take his medicine!

Gary Peebles Tackle
I think it's already been shown in Court that the SPFL lied about Dundee's vote, so surely that has to be in our favour? Intae them Thistle! Hope we get a positive result that will ultimately lead to real change. At the moment, the baw's burst.

Listened to it a bit , trying to recover SPFL documents and they’ve got incomplete minutes of meetings ! Hopefully the judge sees through the shambles of this organisation they call the SPFL

gianlucatoni
Looks like the SPFL will produce a list of potential members for arbitration. My interpretation is that each side picks 1 member each. The 2 picked arbiters will then agree to pick a third who will be a legal person of some 10 years standing. Garscube Road End
I think we can take from this that we have failed. Time to move on. League 1 play offs anyone?
Woodstock Jag
Given the timescale given for the arbitration, there's absolutely no way this ends up with Hearts in the Premier League next season (and by extension Thistle in the Championship) unless the clubs have a change of heart and decide to rip-up the league structure and do some restructuring. We are in the realms of token solidarity payments to make the lawyers from all sides go away now, I suspect.
