OK, so if it's postponed... WHEN do we play it?!?!

No way can we agree to another game in December, January essentially a write off for the break. Busy Feb & March then last round of games before the split start of April.

Would also mean us going into December with very little game time, albeit with a potentially smaller injury list. However, recovering from injury & being match fit are two very different things.

Hopefully it goes ahead, but if not, the club need to be strong here I fear we may be asked to play again in December.

What should happen and what will happen are of course two different matters. SPFL Law 768 (sub c) clearly states that everything should be done to maintain sporting integrity except in the case of any club promoted to the Scottish Premiership in 2013.

What should happen (but won't) is that if the game is eventually played after Jan 1st, Hearts shouldn't be allowed to field players signed during the January transfer window. Absolute joke that a fixture can be in doubt due to these circumstances a few days before it's due to be played.

We could just play it next Saturday as we have a free weekend due to Celtic’s involvement in the cup final.
