CCjag
Noted that official site says only 680 tickets for us on 19/11 - probably due to allocation to players/sponsors etc.

JeanieD
To state the obvious - if this game is postponed and with Murrayfield presumably not available (All Blacks game the previous day) - we will have the nett. result of only one game in November - SPFL as incompetent as the SFA? Surely not..

lithgaejag
What happens if they don't get the safety certificate? Do they forfeit the game and we get a 3-0 win?
Wayfarer
What you forgot lithgaejag is that the SPFL are in 'charge'. Based on their usual standards of managing Scottish football, if the game doesn't go ahead, I fully expect Hertz to be awarded the points and Thistle to be fined heavily for their involvement

Gary Peebles Tackle
OK, so if it's postponed... WHEN do we play it?!?! No way can we agree to another game in December, January essentially a write off for the break. Busy Feb & March then last round of games before the split start of April. Would also mean us going into December with very little game time, albeit with a potentially smaller injury list. However, recovering from injury & being match fit are two very different things. Hopefully it goes ahead, but if not, the club need to be strong here I fear we may be asked to play again in December.

SPFL Law 768 (sub c) clearly states that everything should be done to maintain sporting integrity except in the case of any club promoted to the Scottish Premiership in 2013. What should happen (but won't) is that if the game is eventually played after Jan 1st, Hearts shouldn't be allowed to field players signed during the January transfer window. Absolute joke that a fixture can be in doubt due to these circumstances a few days before it's due to be played.
elevenone
Assuming it is postponed I take it we would be entitled to refund should new date not suit? Also note that Andrew Dallas is ref so maybe every cloud and all that.
Lenziejag
I take it the pitch is ok and as long as the changing rooms are ok it could still be played without any supporters

partickthedog
They would probably look at playing it next midweek Monday 4th December is free and would be quite appropriate as my diary says that it is International Cheetah Day. We could just play it next Saturday as we have a free weekend due to Celtic’s involvement in the cup final.
