jagfox
Woo hoo. Football is back. 0-0 in our last two visits and The Sheeple's last two league games have been 0-0. 5-4 Thriller to the Jags then? Â *I'd take another 0-0 tbh. Pinhead
Depends on the team, if Cerny is back we will have a decent chance of maybe sneaking a 1-0 or a draw.
lady-isobel-barnett
All the outfield players were poor at Tannadice but the player most below par was Abdul. If Osman is back at norm it's a double bonus. Not just a key area covered but, with the defence at sixes and sevens, also more authority in the team. Graemei
Hard to gauge Aberdeen right now, no goals in the first two games. Haven't looked convincing in Europe either. Although, probably will be the toughest opposition for us this season so far. Really hope we play nothing like we did against Utd and hopefully we'll have a chance to win. Jaggernaut
How sweet would it be to start the league campaign with two consecutive victories!
Big Dan
It all seems to be quiet on the new signings front. Someone had posted a few day back that we had four players on trial at the club, anyone know if they are sill there?
Garscube Road End
Not expecting anything from up here!
Dick Dastardly
Not expecting anything before the last few days of August. Archie has said many times that he's looking for a central defender, so I would be surprised if nothing happens before the end of the transfer window. maybe a loan signing. I think we can still get out of contract players after that, so 1st September might not be a deadline for us.
Lindau
Even though I am in Berlin at the moment, I have been told Chas Mulgrew was seen walking up Maryhill Rd today!

lady-isobel-barnett
I've been hearing that Mikael Mandron is seriously considering converting to centreback. Could he be worth a punt?
partickthedog
I've been hearing that Mikael Mandron is seriously considering converting to centreback. Could he be worth a punt? Â I suppose Mandron's got appeal, is used to a white change strip, has plenty of juice in the tank, but tends to play only in segments. TartanC4
As a jags fan living in Aberdeen, this is the game I both love and loath in equal measure. I have listened to the sheep all week with there pish..."4-0 easy"...."You're getting hump"....and now the local radio station, Northsound is getting torn in predicting a easy home win. I only hope for a good result and I will be early in work on Monday (first time for everything)

Not to mention my wife and all her family are sheep worriers too. Â A wee 1-0 win for us, with Dools poking in from a goalmouth stramash will do me. Â Mon the Jags. sb1876
Aye, same here, I'd take a decent performance and any kind of win. I'd maybe settle for a draw today and a home win in Dec as I'll be down with a few Aberdeen fans for the game. Bit if a test today after a poor result against Utd and almost 2 weeks since we played. Lenziejag
Doolan and Erskine on the bench. Azeez and Amoo start. I guess we are going long to get behind the Aberdeen defence ? Good to see Elliot back on the bench, though
