It doesn't say what you are signing up for. Mailing list?

"We have decided not to ask fans to pledge money at present, we expect to in the near future when majority ownership of the club’s shares can be transferred by Three Black Cats and Colin Weir’s estate.

However, we need everyone who is interested in joining to complete the form below with your name, address, and preferred contact details, so that we can keep you fully up to date with all of our plans as these develop. Sign up with us today to guarantee the chance to become a founder member of TJF!"

The membership organisation is a company limited by guarantee.

Whose guarantee?

If it is a normal company limited by guarantee, my understanding is that the guarantors are the members, but the maximum contribution each has to make is £1.

I will ask the legal member of the team to draft something explaining this, and post it on website.

Signed up, good to see @jaf involved

It’s a great team, all prepared to roll their sleeves up and work as hard as Danny Lennon in midfield!  Plenty work ahead!   Thanks everyone for your support so far.

I signed up as well but can anyone explain why the club's official social media channels have not announced this yet ?

Seems odd unless there is some conflict of interests i am not aware of !

Surely to reach the max number of supporters they need to push this as well.
