douglas clark
Well? Can we? I think we can, but then I'm one of the few optimists on this forum. Let's hear from you.
jags on tour
I can't see it to be honest, they will have a rocket up their arse after drawing with ICT, I think they will beat us 2 or 3-0, but in saying that the dons fans on P&B (not that that counts for much) don't seem as confident and aren't happy with the team selection the last few games. the pitch looked pretty heavy and looked like it had cut up a bit from the highlights I watched. If we defend like beavers and stay solid then we can mibby scrape another 0-0,
lady-isobel-barnett
Mind our last visit up there. But for Lyle Taylor's eccentric finishing we could've won with a goal to spare. Dons fans were happy to come away with a point. I'll most likely post an "L" on the last jag standing thread but it won't be with much conviction. Dick Dastardly
Can we win ? Stupid question ... there is no physical or technical reason why we cannot score more goals than Aberdeen Will we win ? That is a different question. Using can instead of will is one of my pet hates. potty trained
Absulty gutted I'm going to miss this. Never been to pittodrie and would love to see us go up there and take 3 points, under the floodlights. What an atmosphere that would be. And what a journey home! MonehJags
I wouldnt be at all surprised to see this game called off as well. The weather up here is atrocious and looking at the highlights of there game from saturday, the pitch is already in a poor state.
ian_mac
If the game goes ahead I would be delighted with a draw. In all honesty I would take a narrow defeat as long as we put up a decent showing..
angry gaz
Would bite your hand off for a point but to do that I think we are going to have to score. Need to supply Dools with better quality service than the last two games.

Dark Passenger
Heading up for the first time in more than ten years. Feart that Storm Frank will play havoc with our travel plans, though. If not, it's a few hours of scooping in Stonehaven then over the dunes and into battle.

stillresigned
If nothing else the 2 upcoming games will provide a reliable measure of any improvement in our side since the season began. Personally, I think there has been a much needed improvement, but I wouldn't like to go overboard before playing these games. I particularly want to avoid doing an 'Alan Stubs': I prefer to take my cue from Archie who as always is considerably more grounded.

Diego
Derek McInnes has just gone up in my estimation We are against a team who are in brilliant form themselves. They have rested up over the weekend so I'm sure they will come up here and be optimistic. We have always had decent games against Partick Thistle, they are a team I have high regard for. Their manager is a friend but I like the way his teams always set up to go and win the game, they never just hope to win the game. I think Alan is as good a manager as there is in the league. Fawlty Towers
With Celtic's match being postponed it gives Aberdeen the chance to go top with a win which could work two ways - they come out all guns blazing at the start or they could be nervy. A tough game and I would take a point now.
