Actually looking at those highlights, Graham does look just offside.

I saw this pic from the other perspective and that would back up the decision as being correct. As much as you can take photographs into account 😆

At least it shows the linesman was actually up with play and if he can only see Graham it's a clear offside from his point of view.

Here is a video of the incident

It's better to win one nil than lose 4-3 😉

You mean it’s better to win than lose football matches well that’s an insightful revalation …..so how many games do you think we can win scoring less than on average goal a game ? So far it’s 4 out of 11

we are fourth in the league and 10 points off top for a reason

This time last year we were third in the league and 11 points off top. GD was +3, as it is right now.  We'd scored, and conceded, 11 more goals. So - in some ways - not much in it!

Another way of saying we havnt progressed much ? And remember we had Dundee Utd last season , this is a much more winnable league

This is Falkirks title unless they lose players in January, injuries or the amount of Derby games they have to play has a negative effect. We look like we are playing for 2nd at best. Interestingly, livvy not scoring many goals, but have best defensive record bar us. Ayr I think will fall by the wayside, but who knows. The top 4 as it stands may be the same come May ( who knows what order ), albeit QP may get in. All to play for.

Falkirk are getting 7000 crowds per game they will have plenty of money to spend in January.  They also got a good cash input from drawing Celtic in the league cup

Far too early to call after less than one-third of the season. Falkirk have done fantastically well, and all credit to them (especially after their long spell in the doldrums), but they do seem to be playing above themselves and that "super-inspiration" can only last so long. They may hit a fallow period, and it will be a question of how they react to that. I do not expect Ayr or Queen's Park, both of whom tend to finish less strongly than they start, to challenge for the title, although Ayr especially may well be in the play off mix. The toughest nut may be Livingston, who have forgotten how to lose. However, they are not world-beaters. I am not yet giving up hope of a PTFC title challenge.

One thing that encouraged me yesterday was the impact from the bench. Neither Robinson nor Turner played poorly, and I expect to see them starting next time out. However, the introduction of McBeth and Crawford, coupled with the change of formation strengthened us at that particular time when it was needed. Maybe a sign that at last we are learning to make best use of our larger squad, and that can only be further enhanced when Lawless, McKay and Ablade are ready to return (even though no doubt we will lose others from time to time).

Also Myles Roberts fills me with more confidence than we have had in a keeper for many a season.

Reading the above again, it perhaps looks a bit too optimistic. Apologies for that. I appreciate that we have a long way to go. But it is possible, if not yet probable.

And if you look at the form over the last 4 games we are matching Falkirk and Livingston-each with 8 points from the 4 games.

Totally agree that it is far too early to call a winner yet. I don't think Falkirk have a very big squad (as things stand) and that may hurt them if they pick up injuries to key players. That said, they have been impressive so far and have a clear style of play, which is pleasing on the eye. It's certainly working for them at the moment.

I said before the season started that I thought Falkirk and Livingston would both finish in the top three and I haven't changed my mind. Livi aren't great but they are solid, and obviously hard to beat, as you say.

I think that it's good that you are optimistic but I don't share that optimism at the moment. I do think things can change, and I believe we have better players overall than other teams, but I really can't see things improving as long as we continue to churn out performances as we have been. We do have good players to return, and the addition of Adeloye will make us stronger, but I still feel we are sluggish with the ball all over the pitch. The victories so far have been ground out, with the exception of QP at home where, let's be honest, they were terrible that day.

I was as pleased as anyone with the three points on Saturday. However, it is OK to be happy with the result and yet still be worried that the manager can't seem to get the players playing together in a style that would see us winning more games, or winning games more comfortably. We have by far the biggest squad in the league and also have the highest wage bill - and our performances and current league position don't reflect that.

Yes, it is possible that we could still win the league. Given the amount of money that the club has thrown at it, I'm praying it's not the case that we have to. Here's hoping things may start to click soon and performances pick up. Unfortunately I just can't see that happening at the moment. I would be absolutely delighted to be wrong.

I would be happy with this as it means two games less to play in the play-off stages.

Dunfermline gave Livi a 3-0 defeat in last night games whilst Raith beat Airdrie and QP win at Morton.  All played 11 games now and 6 points off 2nd place.

Will need to be on our best on Sat with that Pars scoreline as that will have given them a lift.

That scoreline last night definitely came out the blue. Perhaps less of a surprise Livingston not scoring but losing three goals to a team they've already beaten twice most certainly is a shocker.

All the same it's a good result for us but it does heap the pressure on Saturday.

Nah; all the pressure is on them to show that their win vs Livi wasn't a fluke.

We will efficiently disabuse them of their illusion that they are better than horsesh*t.

3-0 Jags.
