Good to know the board read social media including this forum 😀

Still looking to add 3 players (therefore loan or out of contract) within a budget that is 20% lower but we are hiring a Sporting Director. More details in the link.

Have to say that this level of communication is great to see. will be interesting to see who comes in over the next few weeks

What i would like to know is how former members of the TJF board could say last night that the Club were issuing a statement before the AGM ?

Interesting as to who is influencing decisions these days

No surprise to see you find something negative in this. So very predictable

Andrew Holloway, a football fan, was concerned about the lack of communication on the transfer window, emailed the Club (told everyone on Twitter he had done so), and received a reply (which he also told everyone on Twitter he had received) which explained there would be a statement.

CONSPIRACY! UNDUE INFLUENCE!

I think the 20% reduction in budget applies to next season.

Spot on. Can you recall any previous PTFC boards who would engage with the fans in such a transparent way? Didn't happen ever. Who cares if some " in the know 'knew about it pre statement. The point is the entire fan base have an overview of events like never before. I applaud that unreservedly.

Aah, but back then JJ was more involved so he was the one  ‘in the know’ He isn’t now and it’s killing  him.

His entire carry on post-fan ownership, an unequivocally fantastic thing for the club, fans and community, has been akin to a toddler who has had a rattle taken away. (Or an iPad to make it a more contemporary metaphor.)

Clubs in the state it’s in with roasters like you thinking it’s an acceptable signing then coming away with a comment that’s like a bloody child

Why not wait and actually see him play before deciding if he is an acceptable signing.

Could be a perfectly good full back for the Championship.

I seem to recall Jack McMillan wasn't getting mins for Livingston when he came to us on loan and he was excellent.

The relentless negativity on this forum is quite something....

It’s Ross County he’s came from no Real Madrid, players not playing for teams like Ross County are no good to us

imagine your another happy clapper who accepts mediocrity ?
Are you happy to have lack of progress in recruitment and improving our clubs squad ?

To be fair, pretty sure we signed Simon Colina from Barca and he wasn't any better!
